As a landlord you have a legal obligation to ensure you have an annual Gas Safety Certificate for each property in your portfolio.

Boiler repairs and replacements
If you find yourself needing a boiler repair or replacement, we are here to help.
We repair all makes and models of boilers, where parts are available. In the unfortunate event that you do need a replacement boiler we can can install you a new boiler and can make recommendations on the correct boiler to match your needs from various manufacturers.
At RTG Gas Services, we are BAXI approved engineers and due to their high energy efficiency, reliability, and value for money. However, we will make the best recommendation for match your budget and needs.
We are unique in that we offer both a 7 year or 10 year warranty dependant on your preference (Baxi installed boilers only)
